COIDLink was established in 1995. We employ 27 staff members who deal exclusively with IOD patient accounts on a daily basis. Our staff is focussed and dedicated claims administration and clerical staff, including several former COID personnel who have brought their skills to COIDLink. The team is supported by a qualified management team.
The COIDLink operations and processing offices are situated in Hatfield very near to the COID office in Pretoria. This allows for direct interface with the Compensation Fund and information is therefore readily accessible. Personal consultations and contact with the Compensation Fund officials ensure that queries, problems and claims administration are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
