COIDLink is a leading provider of injury-on-duty (IOD) pre-funding, risk and claims management services to medical service providers in South Africa, servicing 1 300 medical service providers with a proven track record going back 27 years.
Established as Workers Compensation Solutions (WorCS) in 1995, the company was appointed as an intermediary by the Compensation Fund to offer injury on duty claims processing services to medical service providers. This contract terminated after 5 years and the business was acquired by Alexander Forbes in 2001. The company name was changed to COIDLink (Pty) Ltd. Proprietary systems were built for medical claims administration and for reporting and billing in accordance with the legislative requirements. During this period, the company started to provide a cash funded solution on a "discounted" basis. In 2010, COIDLink was acquired by Mgwali Financial Services, a 100% black-owned investment holding company.
Is 100% Black owned and has been servicing clients in the medical claims administration industry for 25 years.
Has 1300 clients and recieves and processes on average 120 000 medical invoices per annum to the value of 400 Million.
Is financially strong having shown an impressive revenue growth of almost threefold from R24 Million in 2011 to over 78 Million in 2022.
Employs 70 staff members with extensive experience in the industry. Most of the team have been with the Company for over 10 years and are trained and experienced in medical claims administration.
Has a wide range of clients spanning the Provinces, disciplines and sectors. Our public clients include Gauteng, Westem Cape, Limpopo, City of Tshwane,SAPS, SANDF, and Department of Correctional Services.
Has world class proprietary Medical Claims Administration Systems with an extensive range of reports which have been continuously improved, tested and proven over the last 27 years.
Has experience and expertise in implementing and executing similar and larger assignments in the Westem Cape, Free State, Limpopo and Gauteng.
