2. What are our fees ?
Our fees vary between 15% and 25% depending on the service you signed up for. Please have a look at Our services.
3. How long do we take to pay an account ?
Calculated from date of receipt of a complete claim, with all supporting documents, we pay your claim within 25 working days.
4. What does it mean if a claim has a claim number ?
The Compensation Fund issues a claim number as soon as a claim is lodged with them, this does not mean that they have accepted for liability of payment as yet.
5. Why does the Compensation Fund process take so long ?
The typical reasons for delay in payment is usually caused by :
- Documents required are missing
- Data on reports, especially dates, are incorrect
- Reports are incomplete or not signed
- Documents are illegible
6. How can we help ?
We advise you of any requirements not being met prior to us processing your account for payment to ensure all documents are complete and correctly filled out for submission to the Compensation Fund.
7. Why do you administer certain accounts ?
When we identify a risk of an account not payable or a claim not acceptable by the Compensation Fund, we administer the account and inform you of our reasons.
8. What is a payment reconciliation ?
A comparison between the amount

- Paid by the Compensation Fund
